Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, follow these steps. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Go to the login page
Navigate to ubuntupool.com/login. Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field.
Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your Ubuntu Pool account and click "Send reset link". If an account exists with that email, you will receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
Check your inbox
Open the email from Ubuntu Pool with the subject "Reset your password". If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after 60 minutes.
Click the reset link
Click the "Reset Password" button in the email. This opens a secure page where you can set a new password.
Set a new password
Enter your new password and confirm it. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.
Log in with your new password
Once your password is reset, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and new password to access your account.
Tip
If you did not receive the reset email after 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is still not there, contact support@ubuntupool.com with your account email address.
