Getting Started
Adding a cover photo
A strong cover photo is one of the most important factors in a campaign's success. Campaigns with photos raise significantly more than those without.
Choose a relevant, real photo
Use a photo that directly relates to your cause. For medical campaigns: a photo of the patient or a hospital document. For education: a student or school. For community projects: the site or the people involved. Avoid stock images. Donors respond to authenticity.
Use a high-quality image
Your photo should be clear, well-lit, and in focus. Minimum recommended size is 1200×675 pixels (16:9 ratio). Blurry or dark photos reduce donor trust.
Upload from the campaign form
In the campaign creation or edit form, click the "Cover Photo" upload area. Select your image file (JPG, PNG, or WebP). The image will be cropped to a 16:9 ratio automatically.
Preview before publishing
After uploading, you will see a preview of how your cover photo looks on the campaign card and detail page. Make sure it looks good on both mobile and desktop.
Change your photo anytime
You can update your cover photo at any time from your campaign dashboard. Go to Edit Campaign → Cover Photo and upload a new image.
Tip
If you are running a medical campaign, a photo of the hospital letter or medical report alongside the patient (with their consent) builds enormous trust with donors. Always get permission before using someone else's photo.
