Account verification (KYC)
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can withdraw funds from your campaign. It protects donors and ensures funds reach legitimate causes.
Go to your dashboard
Log in and navigate to Dashboard → Verify Account. You will see the verification status and a button to begin the process.
Submit your national ID or passport
Upload a clear photo of your valid national ID (front and back) or passport photo page. The document must be current and not expired.
Upload a selfie
Take a clear selfie holding your ID next to your face. Both your face and the ID must be clearly visible. Avoid blurry or dark photos.
Submit cause-specific documents (if required)
For medical campaigns, upload a hospital letter or medical invoice. For education campaigns, upload an admission letter or fee statement. These documents help donors trust your campaign.
Wait for review
Our team reviews all verification submissions within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.
Verification approved
Once approved, a "Verified" badge appears on your campaign and you can submit withdrawal requests. Unverified campaigns can still collect donations but cannot withdraw until verified.
Tip
Submit your verification documents as soon as you publish your campaign. Don't wait until you're ready to withdraw. The review process takes 1–2 business days.
